SHIPPING POLICY
K2 Specialty Products.LLC will ship your product by the method best suited to your specific needs. Our preferred carrier is USPS. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when a delivery method is selected on the Shopping Cart page. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the dallor amount of all the items in your order. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused. Shipping is available on orders Monday through Saturday, pending stock availability at the time the order is received. K2 Specialty Products.LLC does not ship on Sundays. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

BACKORDERS
Due to the popularity of some products, K2 Specialty Products.LLC may not always have all advertised items in stock. K2 Specialty Products.LLC will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order includes an item that is not in stock it will be considered complete unless otherwise notified. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting us at orders@k2parts.com.


RETURN POLICY
If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions. Before returning any item, you must contact us at techsupport@k2parts.com within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All non-defective returns are subject to an 20% restocking fee.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

The RMA number is valid for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. K2 Specialty Products.LLC will offer a refund or replacement on products subject to the terms noted below. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. K2 Specialty Products.LLC will offer a full refund less restocking fee on any unopened product returned within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box. All items being returned must be received within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of issuance of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.

No shipping charges associated with the original purchase, return, or replacement of a product will be refunded.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. All products are sold with full manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and service varies depending on manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.

TAXES
By state law K2 Specialty Products.LLC is to charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Michigan. Each customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
